A short post from all of us in the Quest office to wish our wonderful Brighton Marathon 2013 runners, Heather and Cath all the very best of luck!

We can't wait to cheer them on this Sunday from our Sussex Square water station, and if you're down in Brighton for the big day itself, why not keep a look out for some Quest4Change t-shirts in amongst the sea of runners...
