Check out what we’ve been up to in Villa Maria in 2014

Our education programme

It was in 2003 that we first opened the doors of the Quest pre- and primary school in Villa Maria, Peru, to increase schooling provision in the area. Since then, I.E.P. Quest Overseas has come a long way and remains committed to training and developing a generation of future leaders.

Education in Peru is theoretically free, but in reality many children are unable to access a state education. The main of I.E.P. Quest Overseas is to ensure that all children are able to access an education. It reaches out to and supports children who would otherwise be excluded from this basic right. The school has thrived over the past eleven years, offering an opportunity for children to access a high-quality education and thereby helping to transform their lives.

Check out the latest from I.E.P. Quest Overseas this past year in their 2014 Annual Report.

Our housing and community programmes

Not only that, together with our project partners, Asociación Civil Quest Overseas Perú, we carried out a range of activities in Villa Maria, including providing new homes and recreational activities for children.
