Funds raised already making a difference in Villa Maria

Funds raised by the Watson Wyatt fundraising event are starting to be spent in Villa Maria. The first step was to improve the facilities of the local school, where children who otherwise would not be able to go to school receive free education. The video above is of the project director, Alejandro, installing TVs into some of the classrooms - very high tech!

Discussions are still taking place as to where best invest the other funds. There has been talk of creating a Villa Maria children's football league, with kits, tournaments, trophies etc, a community cinema where they will take a projector, sound system and movies into each of the communities, as well as the sponsorship of more houses for new families - watch this space.

Thanks again to everyone at Watson Wyatt for your support.
