Bird man of Worthing this weekend

Ever fancied flinging yourself off the end of a pier dressed as a chicken? This weekend could be your chance to watch others in various states of flight doing exactly that!
This Saturday and Sunday from 1pm onwards brave fundraising daredevils will be chancing their luck at flight by running of the end of Worthing Pier. Some competitors have paragliding experience or have designed microlights for over 20 years, where as others, such as John will be flying as "The Tartan Flyer" which consists of a tartan Bi-Plane and he will be piloting the craft in full highland dress!

The event reminds me of a chicken I saw in the sea earlier this year which was recently spotted on youtube
